combination of Illustratior and Photoshop.
Illustrator for the page layouts, and photoshop for effects and slicing.Never indesign... not a chance.

"These" interactive art directors do it all in PS just for presentation - then hand it off to developers. So, I guess they aren't really interactive art directors are they...hmmmm

PS for websites. illi for websites is moronic. does not compute. creates terrible results. ID also no good for web.

I use all three, and many more, depending on the job at hand. But I am very 'hands on' compared to a traditional AD role. It's all about the right tool for the right job, but I personally wouldn't expect an Interactive AD to know about InDesign as that is for print. Doesn't hurt to know how to use it though.
