Hi. I cobbled together a quick site but can't get it working.
It works fine here: http://www.naokolam.co.uk
but I can't tell why it doesn't work here:

is php enabled on the server you moved to? if you using that?

bad news. That is a windows server. They rarely have php installed, and when they do - it runs poorly.
I would just move to an ASP mailing script.
