I've been using this SanDisk 8 GB cruzer this semester (on sale at Staples for $30!), and it's got loads and loads of space, but it seems to take a long time to eject from some machines. Plus, I've got WAY too much stuff on there and it's all disorganized. Oh yeah, one more thing: it has this annoying anti-virus software that launches on a a couple of machines I use, so I'm going to have to reformat it.
Maybe you should get this one.

one thing i figured out i need was a metal keyring loop.
my first couple had plastic and it always ended up breaking, so i couldnt keep it on my keyring anymore.I use a sandisk now, had t for years and no breakage

i rock a vanilla sandisk cruzer at my house, but if i were carrying around anything important i'd snatch up a usb key with hardware encryption.
