So I've gone three days without coffee. I have a splitting headache, but other than that I feel great.

i have a few things in life that i don't do without, one of them is coffee. its always interesting when you meet old people that have eaten eggs and bacon and coffee every day of their lives and they live for ages.

i recently quit coffee too. i feel a lot better, seems like a little sugar and caffine makes me anxious.
I am on tea now, thinking about quitting that soon too. oh yeah, and i recently quit picking my fingernails, something to do with the coffee perhaps.
