There are worse dilemmas, for sure. (Not regarding the parent and moving situation, that's tough, best of luck on that.)
Any way you can work your employment situation into that interview? I.e:
"I would love to be part of BS's team in some capacity. My current firm was quite agressive in securing me for fulltime staff. Is there any possiblilty of a similar arrangement with BS beyond an internship?"

I wouldn't sweat it too much. You'll get other opportunities down the road. Just keep learning and growing and when the next big thing comes around you'll be prepared.

tell them you got a full time job and that you'd be happy to interview for a ft position.

i had a couple of people from my school interning there last year and the year before that and they ended up ending it prematurely. Most of the staff has been replaced last year due to key creative s leaving etc.
