ripping videos from sites

I know this has been asked. Couldnt find in filter.
Ive got a script to rip from youtube. But vimeo , and dailymotion and some of the others I can not find.
any help or links would be great, appreciated and helpful.

perfect I will look through these.
Seems as tho some of them are actually services. Anyone know of scripts i can run on a server. or techniques i can program myself.But thanks Jnr_M and Ruffian ill look into/through this stuff

Open the page in Safari, open up the activity monitor, and search for the file that's a a couple of megabytes (or more). Double click, and download.
Works for anything that uses a flash player to load external media. (including music on myspace pages).

install greasemonkey addon for firefox
go to userscripts.org
there are scripts that will add a "download this video" button to youtube pages, vimeo, et al. just do a search on userscripts.
