Ok, this is my first time doing this so I need HELP!
My client has a line of STUPID brushes that all the handles are BLACK. He wants to have the logo in white applied to the handles. SO I need to find a way to transfer the logo in WHITE to the handle. The wants to see it as if it was FINAL. Does anybody knows about any kind of product that I can use to "PRINT" the logo in "WHITE" and then transfer it to the handles? REMEMBER BEFORE BITCHING.. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS!
I know you can buy some sticky paper you print on your laser printer and then transfer it to what ever surface you want but DOES THE SAME EXIST IN WHITE???Thanks!

well, i am sure your printer do not print white. its just the color of the paper.
why don't you photography the brushes and apply the logo, then print.
- apply the logo in photoshop.akrokdesign
- you can bevel in or out. make it look like its engraved.akrokdesign
- I know that but the client wants to see ACTUAL SHIT applied to the ACTUAL BRUSH!frannyc28

I thought about that but they (the client) want to see it APPLIED to the brush handle. They have 18 models and I can't see myself going ONE BY ONE with Letraset. LOL... that is what I am looking for... for something like Letraset that allow me to print their logo and apply it on white.

serigrafy ( i don't know the real word in english ) like andy waroll,
it's perfect for this kind of job ...but the first comment it's easier

well I can use Serigraphy for the production of the brushes. but this is on presentation stage... Square 1... no, not one... -1

ok so ONE BY ONE with Letraset. :)

and the logo?!
- akrokdesign0
transparent paper with adhesive or you apply adhesive.
only problem is you can't print white.hey....you can go to one of those sign graf places. they cut out the letters. and they are sticky in the back.
- Amazing idea... BUT they can't plot the letters of the small brushes... TOO SMALL TO PLOT.... grrrrrfrannyc28

I think I am going with effing Photoshop and telling them that to ACTUALLY DO IT I will charge a stupidly huge amount of money and that's it! LOL
- akrokdesign0
i hope you charging the client for actually samples.

I remember when I worked at L'Oreal that they used to have tons and tons of this but they used to send it out to produce. It was like tracing paper but with the Maybelline or L'Oreal or Lancome or whatever the brand printed in different sizes. So the Packaging designers used to use those to present new packs... Sadly all the people I used to work with at L'Oreal dosn't anymore to ask!!!

do it the old skool way:
1: photocopy your logo onto a sheet of transtrace
2: turn the logo white by putting the transtrace thru an omnicrom machine
3: carefully trim round the logo and stick the transtrace onto the handle
4: done!or do it the older skool way:
1: paint the logo reversed onto a sheet of clear acetate
2: trim acetate to logo and stick to handle - but spray the handle not the acetate so the glue won't show.
