Why no get some blank cards foiled with just your logo and fill in the rest yourself when you need to?
Either write on em or buy a set of small stamps (or get some made, they're pretty cheap)

I used to have business cards that I cut to size in lots of different colours. They were blank. I stamped my logo big on one side (got a custom rubber stamp made). Then on the back I stamped my contact details using one of those cheap self-inking stamps where you can arrange tiny rubber letters (like letterpress).
It was when I had just graduated and couldn't afford cards. They looked cool and the wide range of colours made them more interesting. Only cost me about £20 for loads of cards in total

I've seen startups printing a generic card with phone and website and the end of their email addresses leaving the first bit blank then each person writes their name on and any specific info. It works for start-ups cos you can explain and it's kindv cool.
Otherwise you could leave your address off and use an 0845/mobile number.

yeah it looks like blocking one side and DIY stamp the other could be the best way to go.
