Client advice needed

    I've submitted a rather large tender that my boss really wants me to win as it has PR benefits for the Co. as well as the obvious $$$ benefits.

    Being that I'm not an overly pushy person, and I'm inexperienced in tender environments, what sort of approaches do you use to maintain contact with the project manager responsible for the tenders, without coming off as desperate or pushy?
