so, out of contest then: some science-tv memories finally good for something: it's a construction failure - a real human nose would break off as well, if it was breakable. that's why by nature there are no serious bones in noses. same for ears - without the wide stabilizing cap they would be gone, too. in fact the non-stabilized lower parts are gone.
