I've somehow changed the name of my home folder. A guy's coming to pick the mac up later having bought it and I want to ert to 'home'. I've done a clean install but still it's called 'craigatkinson' - how do I change back to 'home' damn it?!

There is no 'home' folder only a folder bearing the name of the logged in user profile. you can go into system prefs and then 'Account's create a new user called 'Home' with a generic password, set this user to have admin rights, turn off 'automatic log-in' under 'Login Options', log out of the 'craigatkinson' account, then log back in as the user 'Home', go back into system prefs>account and delete the 'craigatkinson' account. then you are done.

Is ET buying your computer "Atkinson"?

Create an admin account for the guy on the spot, log in to it and erase yours. Alternatively, set a root password for the computer (refer to manual for this).
