Whats up QBN... So I'm Seriously considering relocating, I love NYC but the cost of living/rent here is crazy for artists/designers. (I want to eventually own a house.) I heard mixed stories about the design in Philly, that is sucks and that there is little creative work, but a lot of potential community for art. Ex: Space 1026 Any insight or design studio recommendations would greatly be appreciated. What areas are known to hold down creative types, fashion, small studios? I haven't been to Philly since I was 15... they were bulldozing down everything and fixing up the city, I remember heat waves, my father grew up there, but he doesn't know much about creativity. Links/advice would be very helpful and appreciated, Thanks in advance!

Marchelo, I lost your IM and don't have you on my list, sorry. Here's a great resource for getting a look at your neighborhoods in Philly:
http://phillyskyline.com/hoods/i…I'm in "Graduate Hospital" / "G-Ho" it's still Gray's Ferry to those that know the area.
