Ideally with seamless and some lights or natural light ability.

yea, cheap and nyc not usually used in same sentence.
i'd check craigslist. and i'd look around Brooklyn and Queens (williamsburg and long island city) and you'd be more apt to find smaller rents. manhattan just isn't cheap.

Yes that is true. I was looking for more under $1000 and got some great suggestions and found some places with package deals for lights / studio / med format digital.
