I know of two, Benwell Sebard who are based in London Bridge but they are quite expensive, the other one is Piccolo Press up in Scotland, got quotes from both of them the other week on the same project and Piccolo Press came in nearly half the price!

Benwell Sebards are superb quality wise, and not that badly priced normally... depends on what you are asking of them of course, most printers outsource their foiling etc, so they will markup any costs, if somebody has quoted half the cost of Benwell Sebards it probably is very cheap.
What exactly is being quoted on?

it was some stationery, duplex bus. cards on colourplan, blind embossed, letterhead with some blind embossing etc.

Therein is half your cost, duplexed colourplan is not cheap material, the die for the stamp and actual production will probably be peanuts in comparison
