anyone know of a tool that can do this? I need to batch a pile of images into preloaded swfs...
any help appreciated.

use the jsfl file you found above and combine that with a swf that has a preloader. you shouldn't be loading multiple preloaders.
img -> swf -> swf (with preloader)
