One of best buds is the proud new papa of a bouncing baby boy...any gift suggestions?

May I introduce you to Sneezy the activity Dragon.
Got one for my niece when she was born, was brilliant, twice the size of her and great fun.
Or a vibrating baby seat. It helps them to sleep and comes with toys etc that they will be able to interact with in the future.

Grow Bad/Sleeping Bad is what we always get friends and they say it is one of the most useful gifts they get given (obviously they could be saying that to everyone though)

there are very few toys a newborn can actually use. a bouncer is a great idea, as well as an activity mat. the rest of the toys will sit around for months until the little one can use it.
a sleep sack is really convenient

if they dont have one of these, get one. This saved us for the first 6 months.

the tiny baby bootys are really nice to get. Also any clothes for when they're a bit older (say six months) since by that time everyone has forgotten you had a baby and you have to go and re-quip the little fellas stuff, so it's nice to have a gift which you can pull out from before and use that. Otherwise yours may get lost in the bunch of everyone elses stuff.
