I'm in the process of switching emails to a new provider. Is there any way to save all the emails in my inbox at once?
is it possible? I can't imagine doing them all one by one...

What email program are you using?

Can you just export the mailbox to your desktop and then load it back in after the switch?

call their support, should be easy.

depends.
do you have access by FTP to the folder where the mail is stored?
If its an IMAP account you could just setup the account in a POP/IMAP client (e.g. Apple Mail), and setup the new account, and select all mail and drag to the other account...

let me see if I get this straight, if I have it set up at home under a POP account (Apple Mail) they would stay there?

You sayin' you don't use Mail.app or anything like that?
- OSFA0
I use Mail but I want to make sure I don't lose them.

I so confused.
You don't want to lose them from your machine or from the server? Just save Library/Mail to a USB key.
