Just got delivered today - initial thoughts; clunky piece of shit, not that phones ever really excite me.
Is this phone any good or should I just ebay it and stick with what I have? They seem to go for 300-400 moomin-tresmins

not a big fan of nokia myself tho.
its a good phone (from my last one), use the gprs often when im lost in london.
mega memory.
and has survived a pint landing...
all in all a good deal imo.

hows the battery life?

generally I can get about 2 full days of standard use from full to empty.
daily I use the internet, again the gprs, calls, texts and tetris.

my wife got an iphone last week, good piece of shit,
camera quality is shitty,
the phone freezes randomly and today it stopped accepting call unless I used the earphones....i'll get a nokia anyday

i just got rid of my N73 for an iphone.
the N73 and the N96 have just an absolute retarded mess of useless apps you will never touch. it does have a flash player and a video camera which the iphone doesn't have but the wifi for internet and email is pure evil slowness crap. i never used nearly all of the apps the phone came with. the only i cared that the ohone had was the really high quality video camera and ease of use when i traveled to asia as its very asia friendly. overall i think the N73 i have is still a better phone than the iphone but its not mac compatible so much. the ultimate thing on the phone is the very powerful battery life. around 4 days b4 it started to lose power and i waS fully using video, internet, email, camera, texting and phone and radio.meh!!!

Well as far as I knew, it had the highest quality camera on a phone out at the time for the n95. 5.2megapixel. Seems like a great feature for those of you that don't really want to carry a digital camera on you at all times.
It's the single reason I can't bring myself to get a new phone.

well according to ebay they are selling for over £300. I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable taking that off a human being for a mobile phone. I'm ok with if some random ebay username paypals it though.

Yes I think so. I downed a number of glasses of wine, got instantly pissed but kept a total lid on things and left promptly. I was totally on the verge of letting go of common sense and decency though. Mad company I'm going to be sharing space with. Can't say too much more about it just yet though. Walls have ears you know, and hats. I'm very drunk.
Fair do's on the phone. I fucking hate mobile phomes anyway to be honest, but I do quite fancy that one purely because I set my sights on it when it was time for a free upgrade but they said no. I don't think I fancy it to the tune of 300£ though.

its a great phone with amazing features (tv on phone?? - flashplayer?? gps, sport tracker etc)
the OS design and button design is attrocious though.
not as tactile as iPhone but far more powerful

I have an n95 and it's super frustrating, clunky, unintuitive and rah rah rah. With the phone "closed" I counted 13 buttons. 13 fucking buttons on the front of the phone. Seriously wtf?
I'm normally pretty good with technology, but am consistently pressing the wrong button (even though it should be the logical one out of the 13) and going to some useless internet service and then pressing exit, though exit takes you to some fuck off other area of the phone's software and after fumbling around I finally get back to texting or whatever the hell it was. Pain in the ass.
