Good stuff.
I would have put the privacy Policy outside of the main content area. No biggie.
How about adding a sort of glow or shadow around the metal-like frame you have around the main content area. Just to add a little depth and separate it from the background since they are both the same colour and the edge of the frame is just to sharp... like you just used the pen tool to create a mask and boom that's it. It doesn't look too natural... looks very photoshoped

Text on “Why carb relief?” needs more work.
Go 1px bigger and choose a better typeface for the main content under "More about white stag". it also looks like you have 2 spaces after the first line of text here.

Movie seems pixelated and loads slowly, stopping several times on my connection, which is pretty fast. In all honesty, if I was a regular visitor I probably would close it without watching the whole thing. How about offering a smaller movie with a faster download time.

hard to read the small text describing the actuak beer, and also I was expecting more when I went to the "real people" section. Bios or something. But, overall a good concept, just needs to be polished.
