Unsure of which way to go here. Sick of Chase, sick of Wachovia. Can anyone recommend a good bank, on or offline?

I have a 5/3rd e53 checking account - fairly robust online account management: online bill payment, can schedule payments, view statements, account activity and more. 5/3rd seems to be just about everywhere these days too. No complaints about them since being with them (about 5 years now).

i bank with the coop in the UK - "It is an ethical bank, and refuses to invest in companies involved in the arms trade, global climate change, genetic engineering, animal testing and use of sweated labour"

I use ING here in Australia as a secondary savings account, there are no fees or charges, it's all online so it's harder for me to get to (that's a good thing in my case), and the signup process is painless. Here's the US site, but honestly I have no idea how they stack up in the US: http://www.ing-usa.com/us/indiviā¦
