Nude photoshoot...

I'm very new to photography and I thought I could ask some questions before getting advanced in photography but I don't have much resources on the subject.
First of all, I would like to start shooting nude photography however, I don't know where to begin, how to hire models, sources or hiring a studio (or location).
- Do models come to you for their own portfolio or do you hire them for your own? How to approach must be very important
- Do you have a sample contract that you can maybe send to me as you give out to your models for copyright reasons?
- How much do models charge, maybe per hour or per session?
- Do they require multiple copies from digital outputs?
- Do you also hire a makeup artist for the models or do they take care of their own?
- How kind of equipment do you use, lenses, or lighting material?
- (On a lighter side) Any advantages after the photoshoot ? :-))Thanks again for your help in advance!

Answers
- You can get more pro models with portfolio but will cost more. Going through agencies will cost a lot more. You can get average girls but most of them do not know how to pose (no matter how much directions you give them). You can get girls to do for free on photo trade.
- Nude models differ, most pro girls do not do it unless you are a famous photographer.
- There is a sample model release that you can find and alter. Search for Model Release
- Most girls charge by the hour or per day (do hourly if you have multiple girls). Some do it for free but not quality.
- You can say it in your contract that they do not get a copy or you can get them to work for free on photo trade but they might have final say.
- Most models do not have make up artists but you can also get make up artist on trade also. Some do their own make up but its always ugly.
- Rent a studio with lighting set, so you wont need to rent and log all the equipmentYou can also share a photo shoot with another photographer and share cost.
I am not in to nude but we can talk about if we can share model / studio cost.

Finally, if you think you are gonna get some kind of action through photographing then your motives are purely sexual and should not engage in nude photography.

I would start with non-nude and build a portfolio then approach models in doing nude. Most girls would not do nude if you have no work to show.
