This is the first time I've had a conversation about this topic. Out of my 4 closest friends, 1 of them is chinese and refuses to put anything in his hair, and the other 2 are completely and utterly bald. Metro? Possibly. Obsessive? No.

the bald ones probably used to use gel and such... it'll make your hair fall out, my cousin told me about it happening to his friend.
- and also because an albino alligator came out of his toilet and made him fall of his motorcycle, but he was wearing a helmet, so when he too it off his head was split in half.skulldaggery
- a helmet so when he took it off his head split in half right as he found his kidneys in ice.... true storyskulldaggery
- Can I have some of what you're on? :DBuddhaHat
- yeah it's called Jesus... he comes in small ritz-like crackers and wine bottles.skulldaggery

Thanks for bringing this up Spooky, I just bought some of that stuff on ebay, I'm just about out. I paid a whopping $28 AUD, the hairdresser near me has it on the shelf for $56. Victory is mine.

LOL, I paid $18, $20, $22 now for it since 2000. A lot of products but nothing I would like to use except for BedHead and maybe RedKen, although they seem to be not as tough.

Hair Gel probably dries your hair out more than damage, if you go deep into the roots all the time, it probably blocks the pores which is bad. I have been using gel since teen years, not bald yet *fingers crossed*

going bald is genetic,
and if using product in your hair actually made it fall out, there would be bald bitches everywhere you looked.
