There are moves afoot in the European Courts to trademark the word "Switzerland" itself, such that any use of it in written communication, in passing reference even, would constitute a use of it that requires payment. It would only be an infinitesimal amount, but significant if, say, you were writing a book about Switzerland and mentioned it 1000 times - I think they said it would be about U$20 for 1000, which is what - 1/2c per use..Crazy
