I had to give one on maya cloth. I really wasn't prepared at all because I didn't give a shit. it was a doomed dotcom.

I had one in college in an architecture class where my project was just garbage, a total fail of a stupid project I stayed up for two nights trying to figure out. It was this stupid box with plexiglass screens covered in colored strips, and you'd slide it to show color interaction. A completely absurd project for the level we were at, difficult to build, and just dumb.

Anyhow, to make up for my lack of effort, I wore a ridiculous outfit that can be described as follows:

    White cotton pants
A cotton/denim jacket that belonged to my stepsister that she wore when she was 12 years old that had four flap pockets on the front, and each one had an embroidered white elephant with tusks. The back of the jacket also had a giant embroidered elephant on it. It was terribly feminine and just silly for a 19 year old guy to wear. I remember my stepmom refusing to let me take it out of the house on those reasons alone.

Anyhow, I wore that jacket with a cream colored collared shirt underneath, and a white silk scarf around my neck.

And stood there and fumbled my way through this idiotic project presentation as the professor (who looked like a cross between Chris Farley and Newt Gengrich) sat there and just started at my outfit while everyone in the class sat behind him and laughed. It was an awesome moment.

Now, here's what's even better: a friend in the class wasn't paying attention when he was presenting his project - all these square boxes built from wood and plexiglass, 14"x14"x8" were on a wall. He wasn't paying attention and turned quickly and put his entire shoulder into another students project, just destroying it as it fell and smashed even more on the floor. And it was a good project by a top student, put tons of hours into it. Everyone just went hysterical and the guy who the project belonged to turned as red as an apple. 5 or 6 of us had to leave the presentation area and go downstairs to laugh. One person almost puked, no joke. It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. There was no way that guy could rebuild this project. it was just destroyed.

The friend who broke it - and it was an accident - I've seen him over the years and that story always comes up. So absolutely funny.
