bad idea to use gif images as titles of things.
better to use flash image replacement.
render lovely fonts and still be accessible :)

I think the best thing is to not go too Web 2.0... If it's for a label it's really important to get the design right before you even start thinking about accessibility etc. About the only place where you can get away with full flash sites (outside portfolios) as long as you don't end up with some piece of shit web app like beatport...
