actually when i was in college, i was busy helping my gf cheat. for exams, by hiding in girl's bathroom with text books and notes.

I remember when studying architecture, just being so totally dazed from no sleep in our studio every night, just out of my mind exhausted that random sex with a couple girls in our class seemed like the most awesome thought imaginable (never happened) until the next day after I got a decent night's sleep and returned to class and realized those were guys I thought were girls.

my art school consisted of me asking professor what was the home work for the term / class, and doing them with in 3 weeks and not showing up for the rest. and doing random art through out the school over the term. like a newspaper stuffed cloths that resembled a man, who hung from the big hall in the school where police and emergency folks were called for suicide. and this was repeated with stuffed animals after, until one of them fell from the ceiling.

i just graduated from a state school with a ba in graphic design. i thought about "art" school, but fuck, id be in much more debt. point in case, i hate art students and well really any creative student. now that i am in the real world—advertising (fashion)—i wish i shut up more often during school.
advertising isn't satan though, there are models to account for.

i think fashion advertising is more art then mainstream advertising.
it is one place where art takes more form then anywhere else. also perceived as being not selling out to a degree.

I think it depends on the major of this particular art student. The anti-commercial types. I'd catch the gamers saying fanatical shit like that and sadly they're working in the graphic design and advertising industry. As for kids, they get more and more f_ed up every year. I'm only 22 and I question their future.
