Address book [mac]

  Anyone use it? I've around 5000 email addresses, mostly people I don't know but have replied to, so auto stored their address in gmail.
  If I import all addresses to address book, then to my iphone I'll be weighed down - are there solutions to this, I've never really used address book - is it worth it?

  what about gmail contacts, or signals highrise?

  i only use contacts to sync with my phone as well. all biz contacts go into highrise.

  Not heard of highrise, will look it up. Is there a way of importing numbers / contacts from iphone to address book?

  You can set up groups in Address Book... may be possible to Sync only a selected group to iPhone?
