been a client there for a long time now... have tons of clients on there... i have been on hold for over 25 minutes already... have they become too support their customers now? i bet if I hit the option for sales I would get immediate assistance. aarrggggggg

Always just hit the sales assistance button, no matter where you are. They'd rather sell to a new fool than service an existing one.

just ranting...
ok, well after all that time on hold they dont know why my servers went down. said we "maxed out on ram", but I am only running that server for FTP, not email or anything else. then they said "I should upgrade"... upgrade for what? more ram? $50 more a month for more ram to run FTP? but I am only at 30% usage... "oh, well, maybe it was a fluke"... thanks for nothing support. i should charge them for keeping me on hold for 40 minutes.

Filled out a ticket, and it said wait time was around 3 hours. Now, I return to my ticket unanswered, and it says wait time 4.5 hours.
- I had one this morning that was 2.5 hours. Now it says 5 as well for email issuessilentseven

Ya in the past 3 weeks i have just notice lotsa problems with my server be it email, site up time etc... Just a lot of little issues.

I thought MT were supposedly a great web host - because there a certainly way cheaper ones
