US margins

Hey american cousins, dunno how your printers specify your print-safe areas but over here in Europe, it's usually 5mm from the edge for digital printing.
Is it the same over there or has printing advanced slightly?
I'm supplying artwork for stationery.

3–5mm usually.

I think he means safety margins for text on a full-bleed piece? That's what I read into it...
