As I've moaned about on here beforehand, I'm sorely disappointed by the lack of mass-consumer VR hardware.

bullshit, it won't work because you have to step into it, the real future is plugging a wire directly into your head and being fired in all the appropriate senses for that experience.

IDK people, if you look at electricity, its only a few hundred years old. And with the with JFK space program etc, that 50 year time window created amazing things. I was also reading how with nano power technology etc, this second wave generation of technology is supposed to develop even faster. I mean come on, watch the Fifth Element, totally.
