I have an interview today at 4:30pm. Yesterday I started to get a sore throat and today I have a full blown cold.
Do I stay home and reschedule or go to the interview feeling like shit and spreading germs?

Haha, ok then, it's a resounding go. I just didn't know if there was some sort of germ spreading etiquette I should adhere to. I'll just pump myself full of DayQuil, Advil and Afrin first.

i'm typically against people going to work/going out when they're sick (contagious). I think it's an asshole thing to do. But this case is the exception, but do everything you can to not appear sick. "That guy was good, but he gave me a fucking cold."

dope yourself up with meds and caffeine and you'll do fine.

let them know you have the cold though - just so they dont think you talk like youve got a blocked nose all the time or always look a little peeky.
