its close to home (DC) but far enough for something new.

I just left. Loved the city when I could get there. Avoid living in Conshohocken.

Philly rox! And it's only getting better here by the day. New buildings, new money, new restaurants and bars, great art scene, etc etc. The city seems to be cleaning up too. I like it here a lot (although I live outside of the city now...started a family..but if you're single its a great scene).

Philly is great.. I lived there for 3 years, but went back to Del for my 2nd degree and ended up getting a job down here... still go up there a few times a month to eat, shop, hang.. some good work up there, good agencies..

been here since '97, i dig it for sure. good bars, live music venues, restaurants, etc...
subway system is almost non existent but the buses are decent.
