Iphone Rate Plan Deception

  My first bill was $350. Monthly now it's $175 (family plan - 2 lines). Almost double the advertised payments at the time because of all the hidden charges. I mean, why the fuck isn't unlimited messaging standard when data is?

  No texting is also clearly communicated.

  My bill is just over $100 US after all fees/taxes. 59.99 rate plan, $30 data, $5 for 200 texts, plus taxes/fees.

  I recently called Fido(Rogers) to confirm when my contract was up. The rep let me know that the system showed it was extended for an extra *two years* for no apparent reason. There was no contract, agreement, or even a note attached to this change. She quickly changed it from 2011 back to 2009.
