This dude saw a story on Brietbart but a nutty right winger Mark Levin who basically fabricated a story about wire tapping without a shred of evidence (even though no president can actually order any wire tapping), Trump sees it months later, thinks its real lol, and immediately goes on twitter to accuse a fairly beloved ex-president.
