I see no reason to upgrade anything from CS3. I went from CS to CS3. Saying that, InDesign really needs a canvas rotate tool. I mean shit. I would convince my company to upgrade the whole suite just for that.

Well thats the advantage of working in the IT Dep. of abig compnay. They will upgrate as soon they release. Anyway I teach Adobe App in a Software Criative schoool so I have to get all the upgrades as soon as they came out...
I see there a lot of reasons to upgrade, to name only a couple:
- The new motion timeline in Flash
- The ne resize tool in PSHasta
