i was thinking the other day "you know, what would make my life easier? another fucking web browser to test my css with!"

Chrome seems more and more awesome the further I read that comic. But here's something I think a lot of people (like me) are wondering:
The "Incognito mode"...why not just come clean and say that it is the porn-surf-mode. No ones judging yah.
- i think i read something about a new IE with the same feature being added lolpencilpants
- lol yea, I love how they used a surprise party as an example for it's useeighteen

Dean Hachamovitch, general manager of Microsoft's Internet Explorer, was more bullish.
"The browser landscape is highly competitive, but people will choose Internet Explorer 8 for the way it puts the services they want right at their fingertips, respects their personal choices about how they want to browse and, more than any other browsing technology, puts them in control of their personal data online," he said in a statement.
shitehawk.
- No, they'll use it because it's pre-installed on Windows. Dickface.kushman

I'm definitely staying with tables!

Android is supposedly going to use Webkit as a browser, more or less like iPhone does.

Dean Hachamovitch has a great point about personal data, but most people (like most on QBN) don't seem to give a shit about google's dubious privacy policies.
I'm genuinely shocked by how many people opt to use gmail.
- This is what I was thinking - but does the 'open sourceness' of it mean its mechanics are open for review?anairn
- I mean - if it's reporting home with browsing data, coders will be able to pick up on that functionality, right?anairn
- Oh I agree moth, don't get me wrong, but I just hate IE. With a passion.ian
- gmail?janne76
- I love Gmail. I still don't send really personal stuff through email, but no one seems to care, really.Jaline

anyone got this yet? I tried this download link, but I don't think it's live yet. Or it's the wrong link.

It remains to be seen what the meaning of "open source" is to google. I very much doubt they'll be giving all their secrets away, and they will freely blur the boundaries and probably get away with it.

Do not want.
