Currently I use godaddy to manage my names but their site looks like an blind abortionist clinic and I hate using.
HORRIBLE UI.
Anyone have any good suggestions for domain managers? I looked at google a little but wasn't sure if their UI is nice, simple and effective.

Not exactly sure what you're looking for out of a domain manager...
If you like your actual hosting company, they quite possibly (almost assuredly) have their own domain managing tools.
