Does anyone know of an Iphone app that offers an easier to use keyboard? The one that is built into the iphone is nearly impossible to use with my fat fingers. Is that even possible?

The iPhone is perfect. You need to change your fingers.

- I agree, Apple do replacement niddle fingers to replace you massive sausage fingers.roundabout

Doubt an app could do this, considering you'd need it open all the time while using your phone (aswell as other apps).
Solution, change your fingers or use a stylus/philips head nail

use a stick or a pencil or get a regular phone, and use it as a phone

or use it as an ipod and a phone

No, not possible yet. if you can't get used to it then maybe switching phone is your best bet. How long have you had it? Took me a little while to get used to the keyboard.

Well, I havent actually bought one yet. I have just used everyone elses. This was part of the debate with buying one. I think I might go with a plain old ipod touch instead. I dont actually want the phone part of it...and I sure as shit dont want to pay the ridiculous monthly data plan fee to fumble around trying to send a text. Thanks for the info.

I didn't think that my fingers were unweildy sausages until I started typing on the iphone. Its gotten better but I still type gibberish from time to time. However, I find that I type gibberish on a full size keyboard too.

Hook a USB keyboard up to the dock port with a dock port to USB converter. Cumbersome? Yes. Faster typing? Yes.

- Bargain, I would never use the rubber end of a pensilroundabout
- Hmmm. It does bear a striking resemblance to either a mascara or lipstick pack though.ian
