If I had to make a graphics laptop without buying any software what would I use? Gimp, 3d, editing etc. Nothing cracked.

by graphics laptop do you mean you want to use a laptop for graphic design and are looking for free software options OR you want to make graphics for laptops (ie: skins etc)?

I guess it depends on the quality of the final output?
Blender's probably more than capable of doing what you want, but if you're after a quickish turnaround, it's a bit of a fiddly interface (imo) to wade through.
If you're just after something simple, and you're at all handy with Photoshop, I'm sure you could eke something out of Sketchup and some tweaking.

I mean as owning a PC laptop as in probably on vista running on a mac. does mac have enough freeware like blender?

pc certainly has more free app options. if you're basing the purchase entirely on needing freeware then i'd go pc personally.
look at options like Google Picasso as well as Gimp:

http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Crea…
is this the cheapest you can legally acquire this for?- could get an EDU versionacescence
- Also, you could *not* get the Master Suite, as ... well, you really going to use Premiere?decisionman

if you want adobe software then buy it from their website direct and download.
also, the package you've linked above is the master suite - pretty much everything they make. i doubt you really need that and if you do then you're probably going to be making money from a wide range of jobs and should pony up the cash.

Use the tool that will get the job done to what you wanna do. Don't think software think of what you wanna make then find the tool that will allow you to make that.

don't give me this top of the mountain bullshit

the question you need to ask yourself is: will i be making money from using these tools? if so, what tools do i need to get the job done to the best of either my abilities or my tools abilities. if you're a graphic designer and working for yourself then pony up the cash or get a dodgy copy.
an average wage in most any country for graphic designers is more than enough to cover the cost of this software. if you work for someone else and want a copy of the software on your machine then you could install it on that machine - i think the license allows for that sort of thing. could be wrong.
