the flash site is better. id upgrade it starting with changing the font used in the links.... These left navigation new faddy sites are fads trying to kill the fad of flash. The best argument for not using Flash is that it doesn't provide good link tracking. you haven't to worry about that.

MUCH better than the old site!
Only gripe I would have is that there are a couple pieces in there towards the end that don't match the quality of the rest of your work. I would leave those out and maybe substitute some personal work or something.

love everything, work, etc.. is amazing..
my only feedback, apart from what others have said is the top buttons. In safari, you have to click on the word top, not anywhere in that box. And they seem a little out of place ocasionally. You may not need them to be called out so big and boldly.
