what's the best way to become one? there are a million late night ads for training schools. anyone know of which is best in the chicago area, preferably working on euro cars.

I just want to be able to flush and prime brake lines. learn which fluids are which. hook up to a diagnostic machine and read the results. change brakes, struts, etc

If you offered to work for free and help out around the shop then somebody might take you on, since you only want to learn certain stuff.
