It's really hard to choose, but Beethoven's Appassionata (Piano Sonata No. 23 in F minor, opus 57) is pretty amazing. Sublime really. It's great to listen to while sitting in a quiet room or driving alone on a country highway. I think this is one of the songs that everyone should hear before they die. Here's a version by Sviatoslav Richter (I like Vladimir Ashkenazy's the best, though):
