If you or someone you know might want to hire a very inexpensive assistant to remotely handle scheduling, paperwork, client calls, and general clerical work, please let me know.
Looking for rates around $6-8 per hour, and as many hours as you need per week, but at least 25.
E-mail me if this might interest you.

are you talking about your self?

No I am not talking about myself. The person this is for actually doesn't look too far off from the photo I posted above.
- MrDinky0
photo shouldnt matter, as long as they are responsible and organized.
how old? what experience?
- fate_0
20 year old college student studying Human Resources Management, 2 years of work experience under her belt in sales (Handling and processing sales calls).
She's one of those eternally optimistic and cheerful types. Definitely great as a go-between for clients. I'd hire her myself but I already have an agent that handles most of this stuff.

i think having someone in NY / CT / NJ would save time / money on FedEx-ing.
But i have this feeling that she is in boston / philly
- fate_0
Nah, Indiana. Bit far.
Thanks for the interest though Dinky.

I will keep her (through you) in mind if things change.
but could be interesting if she can handle multiple guys from QBN. there lots of good independent freelancers in here.

The job market really, really sucks in our area right now if you don't have a degree and/or much experience. We both live in a relatively poor region.
Fast food is about the best she could shore up.

MrDinky, that sounds like a really smart idea actually.
I can vouch for her ability to bust her ass and work very hard. Plus I'd be able to keep account of her, as well as educate her on the peculiarities and pains of the design industry.

this is how i think i can work well.
get some UK or international designers who has interest in US. either gather few or just single international and she can be the contact for them here (settle accounts etc).
and gather freelancers here as a collective to use her service. it might be good for someone who is based in west coast who has clients in east or vice versa.
i think if you clarify the service and define the audience it can work.
but you will get crude jokes / etc typical of NT.
