Having a little issue with a client. We're designing a new book due for a October release - client wants a stylish "new" them/concept. A4 size - we've been down the box, bag, inside a small sheep them but client wants it "new"!
Any ideas/examples would be grateful - before this thing turns nasty.
Cheers MrM

'them'? twice? I'm assuming you mean 'theme'
pdf is good, it's also good for the environment, assuming they don't print it.
A book is a book is a book. no?
A series of cards? Colour co-ordinated?

inside a small sheep, pretty costly!
what about some sleeve made out of a snazzy material, thinking some kind of rubbery silicon kinda thing.
what is the company you are doing the book for? or what is the theme of the book?
knowing this would gear much better answers.i.e if the company sells wood then the book really should be in some kind of wood-related packaging, no?.

well....i have two 2 photo books...ltd edition and the cover has been made in aluminium (back - spine - front)....costly but just great for that extra touch....title is laser engraved.

can you say what the book is about?

Depends on the subject really. Some nice interiors books where each issue has a slightly different textile/wallpaper covering
