im #1 for 'web design leeds ' on google - anyone got any more tips for getting and keeping customers - in particular getting retained work as im so used to doing one off projects yet i understand that theres no security in it

get everything in writing and signed. make sure that everyone is crystal clear on roles and deliverables before you start. try to quantify the design work in corporate terms....ie: since the redesign sales jumped x%. make sure the client is happy by exceeding expectations....word of mouth is your best marketing.
