Content is King™

you have a typo on the homepage
"We always try to achieve exelance"

Your logo distorts on some of the pages. But I think if you change the font from Times to Arial or something like that then I think it would look good!

letter spacing on the logo is a bit funny
- 'boxl' are all quite far apart and the 'ike' are all tightitstimefortea

Simple, Lets the works speak for itself. The Logo goes squiffy, but just noticed some on mentioned that. But that small font has to go, stick with a small font but it needs to be clearer one and I have quite a light screen so the Headings disappear abit.

I always wonder why people ask for crits on sites like this - there's barely anything to it - are you that unsure of yourself?
Whatever - it looks like you've made every effort to make the text content inscrutable - too small, too serifed (at that size) and too contrasty (or, not enough contrast).
Also, your code is a bloody mess and you should start looking into using INCLUDES of some variety for your constant content like your menus and headers and such.

site is good. structured, simple, all that. though you could make the type bigger, would be easier to read the text.

generally, the text is too small throughout the website and the copy writing is so bad as to be incredibly damaging if you want to run a business.
the 'feed magazine' section
i'd seriously consider a reshoot, the background scenes (looks like a shopping center in a couple of 'em) is distracting and poor quality.

That font is almost impossible to read on pc. I would personally ditch the serif font, especially if you are going to use such a small size. If you insist on using that font, perhaps kick it up a point or adjust the kearning since the letters are bleeding together. Also, I think it can work to display your work, but the layout looks like about every other portfolio site these days. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just my opinion.

ok, if all these projects that you churn out day to day are personal projects that's one thing, but if you really are charging for them then that's quite another.
You seem to post everything you have ever done on here and want a crit. If you are making money from this then you should be doing the work yourself, otherwise you're a junior designer and QBN is your creative director.I've got no problem with you asking for advice occasionally, it's great that you are so enthusiastic, but you seem to churn things out at a rate of knots and post new stuff daily, which implies you aren't really thinking about things. If you really want to learn, then just take your time and really think things through, read lots of books, educate yourself.
Then when you're happy that you've really thought something through, that it has a strong idea running through it, post up the work, explaining the background to the project (maybe the brief too) and what you're not happy with. This will be more constructive than just asking 'what do you think of this'

Also in IE 7 (I know, I know) the menu is not aligned to the logo on the left.
I looked at your code and as Detritus said its a mess. Look at cleaning up your CSS and HTML code.

isnt it indexhibit - in black?
if it isn't it should be.

i have made the text bigger on the paperdotnet page
- uncle_helv0
Website looks like it was made with indexhibit, work as we've all seen before is poor!

I'd change the BOXLIKE logo typeface.
Once you've seen that logo you've seen the rest of the work. I hate to crit because Im only a student myself, but I do get a very 'rushed' feeling from the work on display. I realise that not everything is online yet.
Oh yeah, crit the site, not the content. Sorry. Crit my comment?
- designbot0
Font looks alot better on PC....switching it to a sans-serif font looks much better.

rybo look what you can do with indexhibit.

Try and tone down the white link color? Maybe try a #cccccc; The links are a bit in your face.
