Its all vegemite over here, usually chuck a little in my gravy depending on the meal. If its bangers and champ then I will, If I have just cooked a lump of beef fillet I will just deglaze the pan with a left over red.

Vegemite is the nicer version to my taste buds, I have family in aus. which is probably why I prefer vegemite seen as they introduced me to it.

i think vegemite has a bit more "kick" its more of a paste-ey consistency and marmite is quite syrup-ey

Around this subject, does anyone know of a Bovril-like beef extract that is JUST concentrated beef stock? No cheap ass yeast extract?
It's important to me.
