I like the page transitions when flipping through projects.. Almost seemless, yet you still maintain usability through having relative URL paths for each separate project.

All of the sounds and music may be a bit much, but I think clients will actually appreciate those types of things when looking for an interactive firm. If you were just a web development firm I'd say lose all of the unnecessary motion and sound, but I think it actually helps prove your abilities in your limited market offering.
