Don't read anything by hedge or jamaljenkins, cause it will waste your time.
Don't post unfinished or crap work here, or people will say horrible things about it and you'll have to start again.
Even if you look at the site as often as someone who's actually doing work could possibly look-in and actually get some other work done, you'll always be amazed at how quickly some posts lurch wildly towards 50, 100 entries by people that seemingly have nothing else to do.
