I have been using Silverpop for my company's eMarketing. I hate them and their contract is coming up.
They have HORRIBLE customer service. I can't get the proper support that I need. Many of the issues I'm having are on their end.
I am in So Cal and would like a semi-local reliable eMarketing company.
I am looking for good customer service, API functionality, and something in the same time zone (PST).Suggestions Please!!!!

They come from an Australian based company...not in my time zone.Is anyone using something they are happy with?
